Recruitment Statistics Update:





2008 Statistics:

  • D7 met 92.8% of our Fall Target.
  • D7 met 91.6% of our Spring Target.
  • D7 met 92.3% of our Annual Target.
  • D7 was at 84.9% of the District Total.

    • 2009 Statistics:

  • D7 met 105% of our Fall Target.
  • D7 met 71.5% of our Spring Target.
  • D7 met 87.7% of our Annual Target.
  • D7 is currently at 84% of the District Total.

    • We raised our membership by 3.07%, not including the addition of our new Kingsville colony! We have 3 chapters that are either at or over total: Beta Lambda, Delta Upsilon, and Zeta Sigma. We have 6 chapters that are less than 10 women away from total: Beta Mu, Beta Nu, Gamma Zeta, Epsilon Alpha, Zeta Omega, Theta Epsilon.

    Recruitment Team News:
    The D7 Recruitment Coaching Team is stepping things up! Beginning the Summer of 2009, our team will be rolling out Dynamic Recruitment to all chapters in the district. Dynamic Recruitment is a program set forth by Phired Up and explained in the book "I Heart Recruitment" by Colleen Coffey and Jessica Gendron. It is based on the Eight Steps to Limitless Possibility:

  • 1. Know the Basics
  • 2. A.C.E. You Values
  • 3. Get Motivated
  • 4. Know Your Audience
  • 5. Know Your Product
  • 6. Develop Skills
  • 7. Grow Wiser
  • 8. Repeat

    • This is an excellent program that several chapters have already been using, and it is proven to be extremely successful! The D7 Recruitment Coaching Team is excited about rolling out this program!
