District 7 Leaders

District Facilitator--Deborah Dietrich, BN

Deborah Dietrich is a Beta Nu from Murray State University in Kentucky.  She moved to Florida where she's lived since.  She serves on the board of the Tampa Bay Alumnae Chapter and is a former ASA Foundation Trustee/Treasurer and past president of Clearwater Alumnae Panhellenic.  She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER  who specialized as an employee benefits consultant for Fortune 500 companies for 15 years.  She is now self-employed and enjoys working on various business development and leadership projects for organizations, governments and corporations.  When she's home from her travels, she is an in-line skater and sponsor for www.sundayblade.com  She is the former recipient of the D7 Volunteer of the Year Award as the Finance Team Leader.  Deb can be reached at ddietric@tampabay.rr.com

Education Coaching Team Leader--Leigh Ann Greathouse, ΨΨ

Leigh Ann Greathouse is a founding member of Psi Psi Chapter at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, as well as  Master's Degree in Information Technology.  In her spare time, Leigh Ann likes to travel, meet new people, shopping and loves the idea of volunteering for ASA to make a difference assisting with developing women of poise and purpose.  She recently was awarded the Career Enhancement Grant!  She is a member of the Dallas Crown Alumnae Chapter and also visits the Fluer De Lis chapter when visiting Louisiana.  Leigh Ann is a Network Engineer for Network Elite Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas.  Leigh Ann can be reached at alphasigleighann@yahoo.com

Finance Coaching Team Leader--JoAnn Bordner

JoAnn Bordner is a Gamma Sigma from Nicholls State University in Louisiana.  While at Nicholls State, she served her chapter as secretary.  She currently works as and administrator at a Service Corporation International location.  JoAnn began her volunteering for ASA as the District 7 secretary before moving to the Finance Coaching Team Leader.  She served the New Orleans Alumnae Chapter as secretary before that chapter disbanded.  She is the recipient of the D7 Volunteer of the Year Award for her work as the district secretary!  JoAnn can be reached at jbordner@juno.com  She is married to Richard and has one child, two stepchildren and one granddaughter. 

Recruitment Coaching Team Leader--Kristen Schwulst, BΛ
Kristen Cooper Schwulst is a member of Beta Lambda Chapter at the University of Central Arkansas.  She is the President of the Central Arkansas Alumnae Chapter.  She is a registered nurse at Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  Kristen is married to Jon, and they have three young boys.  Kristen is the recipient of the D7 Volunteer of the Year Award for her work as the Recruitment Team Leader.  Kristen can be reached at booshella@hotmail.com

Volunteer Recruitment & Placement Team--Alyssa Guers, ΔΕ

Alyssa Klementisz Guers is the VRPT Member for District 7.  She is a member of the Delta Epsilon Chapter at Mansfield University in Pennsylvania.  Alyssa served her chapter as secretary, VP of Alumnae and Heritage and the 30th Anniversary Chair.  She is a founding member of the newly-formed Greater Los Angeles Area Alumnae Chapter where she holds the position of president.  Alyssa lives in Valley Village, CA and works as the Events Coordinator at Campbell Hall Episcopal School.  She is married to Josh, and they have three cats--Tigger, Sweetpea and Baxter.  When she's not working and helping District 7 find great volunteers, she enjoys traveling, reading and cooking.  Alyssa volunteers for ASA because it's fun to meet sisters, travel and learn what ASA means to others.  She was recently awarded the D7 Guiding Star Award for Volunteering at District Day in Conway, AR.  Alyssa can be reached at alyssa.guers@gmail.com

District Secretary--Nancy Cerwin, ΓΕ

Nancy Andrus Cerwin is a member of Gamma Epsilon Chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She served her chapter as treasurer.  After graduation, she joined the Milwaukee Alumnae and served as editor, treasurer, vice president, president and Panhellenic representative.  Currently she resides in Florida and is a member of the Tampa Bay Alumnae, serving as the Panhellenic delegate to the Clearwater Alumnae Panhellenic.  Recently she won the Panhell Achievement Award!  Nancy is a past Province Director and worked with five chapters in Illinois.  She was the Convention Chair for the Milwaukee National Convention in 1994.  In 1997, Nancy won the Best Feature Article in the Phoenix.  She is retired from teaching kindergarten for 34 years in Wisconsin where she piloted the all-day kindergarten program.  After retiring, she and her husband George moved to Florida to be closer to family.  Nancy likes to quilt, cross stitch and embroidery.
Alpha Sigma Alpha has been an important part of Nancy's life.  Her sisters have helped her through some tough times and some joyous times.  Nancy says she volunteers so that "I can help young women find life-long friendships with others who have the same values and goals in life.  Sorority is for life, not just the college years."  Nancy can be reached at ncerwin@tampabay.rr.com

Advisory Board Liaison--Traci Quinones, ΖΣ

Traci Quinones is a charter member of the Zeta Sigma Chapter at the University of the Incarnate Word. She served her chapter as Ritual Chair and Installation Chair. After graduation, Traci became a member of the San Antonio Alumnae Chapter where she served as president for three years.  Traci, along with Regina Garcia, is the Chapter Advisor for Zeta Sigma Chapter.  She was also a National Volunteer serving as Advantage Coaching Team Leader, and she presented Advantage workshops at ASA District Days 2004 and 2005. Traci was recently appointed District 7 Liaison for the Advisory Board. She also plans to work closely with the 2007 District Meeting Coordinator as they prepare to host District Days for the first time in San Antonio, Texas! She volunteers for Alpha Sigma Alpha because she believes in our motto of “developing women of poise and purpose."  She says when a woman has confidence and pride in her and for others, there is nothing she can not do.
Traci is an Account Executive at KJ-97, Clear Channel Radio in San Antonio, Texas. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of the Incarnate Word, with a specialty in Business Administration and Marketing.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded Outstanding Marketing Student in 1999. One of Traci’s favorite hobbies is pageantry. She is currently 2007 Texas’ 30s Beauties of America. Traci also was just crowned
2007 Beauties of America's 30s!  Traci is also Miss San Antonio USA 2001, Miss Bexar County USA 2000 and Miss San Antonio US Galaxy 2003. She is an Assistant Director for the Miss San Antonio USA and Miss San Antonio Teen USA pageant, produced by Diverse Dreams. She also enjoys working as a personal development instructor and pageant consultant. Traci will move the moon and the stars to attend a Bon Jovi concert. She has been a fan for over 20 years and lives by the philosophy that “It’s a Great Day for Rock and Roll”! She shares her life with her boyfriend Cal and their four cats.
